While we’re confident you’ll love your new drivers, irons, or putters, we understand that sometimes equipment needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed with the same precision we put into crafting our golf clubs.
Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order (excluding select items – see below). All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Important Exceptions:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Shafts that have been cut or customized
- Any item showing signs of use or wear

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Return shipping address (2686 Coleman Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025, USA)
- Recommended carrier (we suggest using the original shipping method)
- Any special packaging requirements
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically processed within 3 business days):
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different club? We’re happy to exchange your item for:
- Another model in our Drivers, Irons, or Putters collections
- Different specifications (flex, loft, etc.) of the same model
Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- All customs forms must clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping times may vary based on your location
Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedited replacement
